Secure Payments will be performing scheduled routine maintenance at this time. This maintenance requires the Secure Payments System to be offline for the duration of the maintenance window.
LoanPro will maintain operation throughout this period, however Processing Payments and Payment Profiles will be inaccessible and will result in errors during the Secure Payments maintenance. LoanPro is taking proactive measures to hold AutoPays from processing for any tenant until after the Secure Payments maintenance is complete.
We recommend each lender take appropriate action to support this maintenance in their systems if necessary.
