Monitoring - We are currently monitoring a series of outages reported by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in their us-east-1 region, which may have the potential to impact services for some of our clients.

At this time, we have not received any reports of direct client impact. Our systems are being closely monitored, and we are in communication with AWS to stay informed of their progress in resolving these issues.

Resolved - This incident is now resolved. We're actively working on a solution to enforce alignment between our MFA solution and our session cache. We appreciate your patience while we addressed this issue.

Monitoring - We have implemented a fix and are monitoring the results. Users should be able to log in with MFA Functionality. We will post more updates on the resolution.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue and will provide more updates as we know more.

Identified - Our investigation has pinpointed the problem to a communication gap where our MFA system was not receiving updates regarding our session cache. This led to a misalignment in session validation. Our engineering team is currently developing and deploying a targeted solution to rectify this.

We appreciate your patience as we work to implement this fix and restore seamless login experiences. We will post our next update here with further details on our progress.
