Resolved - All backlogged Async jobs have been processed & all systems are back to regular processing speeds.

Identified - LoanPro has identified an issue with latency in processing Async SQS jobs in our connection with AWS. Our team is working to resolve this issue. This appears to be an isolated situation. No action is needed on your part, all jobs will process as soon as the issues are resolved.

We will continue to update this thread as the issues are resolved.

Update - The Staging release is currently in progress & once completed each Active client that enrolled for a Staging tenant will receive a personalized email with the access details. Please see our Release Notes.

Resolved - The PCI-Wallet latency has been resolved. We had a very limited number of clients impacted. All services are resumed to normal speeds.

Identified - We have identified some latency on some accounts with their PCI-Wallet account. All services are still operational, however, increased latency is occurring in several regions.

No action is needed on our clients part. Our team is investigating this latency & taking the necessary measures.
