We have completed the MySQL 5.7 upgrade on the impacted databases (Customers who were enrolled in this segment).
We've confirmed all access is re-enabled & all systems are fully operational again.

We will be performing an MySQL 5.7 migration that is fully backwards compatible. This is done in phases across our customer group. ONLY SOME CUSTOMERS WILL BE IMPACTED. IF YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE IMPACTED OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL REACH OUT TO YOU DIRECTLY.
Due to this database upgrade the system will have a scheduled maintenance during which no access will be permitted to the system.
