Resolved

The root cause of the issue has been identified and resolved, attributed to a database incompatibility. We are now in the process of compiling and transmitting all pending payments for processing via SecurePayments. All current payments are now processing successfully.

We will be reaching out to all affected customers individually to provide a specific resolution tailored to their configuration.

Investigating

We're currently investigating an issue preventing LoanPro (LMS) from sending payment information to SecurePayments.

This is impacting our SaaS environment only; VPC (PSaaS) customers are not affected. We'll provide updates as soon as we have more information.
